Champinones Rug by Jose A. Gandia

This is such an earthy yet modern rug designed by Spanish company Gandía-Blasco run by José A. Gandía-Blasco. The rug is handtufted in 100% new wool with cotton backsizing.

The cream colored raised circles give an impression of white pebbles along the river at first glance. Yet they also look like a field of white-capped mushrooms emerged from the soil!

    1. The rug looks great aesthetically but I also wonder if its uneven texture will make one lose balance easily and trip.

  2. I was disappointed in Niagara -- most people must be disappointed in Niagara. Every American bride is taken there, and the sight of the stupendous waterfall must be one of the earliest, if not the keenest, disappointments in American married life.
